If you used a PO to enroll in a course, reach out to your Authorized Provider so that they can remove you from the PO. When you are removed from the PO, you will also be removed from the course.
There are two options to drop a course. Read each option carefully.
Drop a Course From Registration:
If you remove yourself from a course through the registration system at register.tealearn.com, the course will be removed from your profile, and the course data will not be preserved.
Go to register.tealearn.com.
- Login.
- Click your name in the top right corner – select Student Dashboard.
- Locate session – Click the gear on the right side of the screen.
- Click Drop Course.
Drop a Course From Canvas:
Dropping a course through Canvas preserves the course data and puts the course in a read-only state. You will not receive any course notifications once you are concluded. You will NOT be able to re-enroll in the course.
Go to tealearn.com.
- Login.
- Click Drop this Course.
- Confirm unenrollment and click Drop this Course.
- Click Courses, then All Courses.
- View the course under Past Enrollments.
